The programme is open to individuals across all disciplines of the Honeywell business portfolio and over a 12-month period, trainees will work within our various business units. Upon completion, HEP graduates join the Group workforce and put their training to the test on the road to fulfilling careers with the Group.
The programme kicked off in 1993 and has developed young people into business leaders both within and outside of the Group. Programme alumni have gone on to occupy leadership roles within our operating companies.
Be a graduate with a minimum of second-class upper division from an accredited University
Have completed the compulsory NYSC and possess NYSC certificate
Have passed WAEC/NECO with at least 5 credits including Mathematics and English
Must be no more than twenty-six (26) years of age by 31st December of the year of application.
